Residente – Problema Cabrón Music Video

As VFX Production Assistant at El Ranchito, I supported the post-production of Residente’s high-profile music video Problema Cabrón, contributing to the coordination and execution of complex visual effects workflows across teams and vendors.

My role involved end-to-end project coordination, including assigning tasks to VFX artists, managing asset delivery pipelines, and building production schedules to ensure milestones were met on time. I collaborated closely with both internal and external teams—tracking progress, solving logistical challenges, and maintaining clear communication with outsourcing vendors.

In addition to scheduling and resource planning, I ensured that all assets were properly organized and accessible across the team, contributing to a smooth, high-efficiency pipeline. This project required precision, adaptability, and a strong grasp of VFX production timelines—all within the fast-paced context of a major music video release.

This experience gave me a hands-on perspective on high-level VFX production, reinforcing my ability to manage creative operations at scale while maintaining quality and momentum.
